Business Clients

Our mission is to provide professional legal services for business clients. We understand the specific conditions of running a business, including the necessity for rapid responses in crisis situations and the need to make key decisions, even in ambiguous circumstances. Therefore, we strive to adapt our availability to the needs of our clients, knowing that issues (e.g. an impasse in negotiations, a sudden event requiring action) must often be resolved at the moment they arise, rather than the next day starting at 9:00 AM.

Our knowledge of business needs stems, among other things, from years of experience gained from serving on the management boards of business entities in the past, as well as providing services to entities e.g. in the real estate sector.
