Attorney Patryk Gorgol provided an expert commentary for the portal “Nowa Konfederacja” on the proposed reforms of civil procedure.
The proposal includes increasing the powers of judges and combating actions aimed at delaying cases. However, it is worth noting that increasing procedural formalism and imposing additional obligations may also have negative effects, such as hindering access to justice for the most vulnerable parties who lack the support of professional legal representation.
